"The aftermath of a storm is the worse than the storm itself... These effects pose dangerous risks if not dealt with quickly.

James and Kristen were NOT meant to be. At least that's what Kristen affirms. She had met James in an art class and they quickly became friends, Kristen might've even started liking him the tiniest bit. They were definitely complete opposites though, Kristen dealt with an absent broken family and faced low-income struggles. James seemed like the perfect preppy golden-retriever boy.

Although everything is shaken when Kristen's lifelong sweet best friend Willow asks for Kristen's blessing to like James, after she meets him. Kristen loved Willow so much that Willow's happiness meant the entire world to her, so much so, that she would sacrifice herself for it. So, Kristens accepts and backs off.

One day, while heading to school, James and Kristen are caught up in a storm and have to seek haven together with no light and no electricity. Does this storm forever change the dynamic of their "friendship"? Can they ever go back to "normal" after this event? What are James' feelings and how will Willow react? Read to find out!
