The leaving. It was hard, tragic , painful, yet it had to be done, I needed to save my life. I didn't want to start again, this would be the story of finding myself, pulling myself back together, reuniting the happy go lucky youngster I had once been. The shock of leaving took more of a toll on me than I thought it would. I had asked two people to help me move out of the house I had shared with my partner for 8 years, we had been together 23 years in total. The move was done in total secrecy, my partner could never know in advance, it was a very scary time. I had moved various things out of the house and secured a rent on a property nearby. The house I picked was near the School the children went to, and my oldest lad was going to be near his best friend. My Mother told me of the property it was advertised on the web, we both went and had a look, even that was scary, I didn't want to be seen by anyone and became paranoid that I would be caught out. For many months I lived on a new kind of fear, the fear of someone finding out that I planned to leave my abusive partner, though of course no one knew my seemingly happy, funny, generous partner was abusive. Finding the house was one thing, getting the various companies to connect the house and exchanging the information of my current address so they could varify that I was, who I said I was almost drove me mad. The day came to leave, My Mother and a very dear Friend came round as early as possible, we packed as much as we could. This included taking the boys clothes, bedding, toys, stuff from the garden, my stuff. We had 3 cars the packing seem to take all day. By the end we had to get going to be able to unpack, leaving me time to pick up the boys from School and settle them in their new home. I couldn't do it at first,I started to cry then scream, to leave the world I had put so much of my life into, and now in a split second would be leaving was breaking my heart.

Welcome to your Antifragile Leadership journey! I am thrilled to have you onboard. It has always been my philosophy that knowledge only becomes power when it is shared. I created this E workbook with demands for leaders and game changers like you in mind. You'll have a great time learning because these are the lessons that we wish could have been taught to us when we were starting out our careers but now we are provided with the amazing opportunity to include it in our leadership toolkit. Each page is experience and wisdom centered. With my nine years solid track record of leading frontline teams for ANZ and SG broadband and mobile companies, I have successfully led cross functional teams from inbound and outbound phone support, live chat, email, Social Media ( Facebook, Twitter and Instagram ) to review platforms like Google, Seedly, Product Review, Trustpilot and Broadband Compare and in the process multiplied leaders in our team thanks to the amazing mentors and teammates that I met through work and my reads. Their help enabled me to build engaged permanent work from home teams. You'll experience world-class cohort-based learning as leaders at hyper-growth companies and business owners facing high levels of complexity, diversity and ambiguity. By the end of your read, you'll have increased confidence and tools for building antifragile teams that scale-delivered in a meaningful experience with lasting impact. I'm grateful for your support. "Why-why is he here?" I asked slightly feeling panicked. "Your father, Step- father owes me money. 36 million pounds to be exact." Stefan said as he buttoned his suit and looked at file on the desk. "Well we don't have that kind of money." I said as I furrowed my eyebrows as I looked at my fathers. "They need more time to pay it all off, it is true. I thought they will be able to pay it. So, I gave them five months. The third months can't be paid. They don't even one third of the annual payment. I believe you will a talk about my offer to them very soon." He said as he was walking towards me. "W-Wh-Why?" I asked as he approached me as I looked up at him. He was tall but, I was not very short either. He must be 6 feet but I was 5 feet and 7 inches. With my heels I was 5 feet 10 inches. His intense gaze on me made my chest warm. "You are part of it." The devil said in low voice as he stood next to me. I couldn't move or think for a few moments. His hot breath fell on my neck and it sent a shiver down my spine and make my breath hitch. Stefan Black entered my life. And my life fell into darkness. I am Diana Martin or was. Now, I am Diana Black. I belong to Stefan Black. He owns me. I am leverage, a useless asset to him. If makes my life hard I will make his hell. Top Rankings: #1 in Rope #1 in Kinky ________________________________________________________________________ Silence holds the room in a deep embrace while I process his words. "What do you mean you agree with the boy?" "Something is off with you. You are disconnected, full of venomous attitude and out of touch with self." With a deep breath, I try to regain control in a situation which suddenly fells as if it is going against me. "It's just a hard moment in life right now, Sir." A sarcastic note hits the last word, as it flicks off my tongue. For I wait a breath, trying to internally compose myself. "It is not my intent to show disrespect to either of you, in any of my roles within this household." "And yet..." The words hung in the air. An overwhelming emotional waves , my shoulders sagged, and I nodded. "Our boy came to me with concerns for your health and well-being. You've unnecessarily worried him, caused concerns for me while I was on travel and worse yet- placed yourself in stressful situations, hard mental states and a place of personal exhaustion." His words cause me to notice a mental weight I did not realize I carried. "You are to take the rest of the day and tomorrow to clear up your desk. Alert your office you need to take two days off. This is a three day weekend, it will give us enough time to adjust this attitude and hit the reset button." "That is not necessary, Sir. While I know I'm out of sorts, I don't think we need to initiate a reset protocol and rite. Besides, the rest button takes more than just a command to make it happen." "Then we should follow the household rules and take a vote. Two-thirds majority will either start the reset protocol or we will sit down to find a different direction. As per our whole agreement when we all entered this unique relationship - we are all equal for this vote. Do you agree to to the vote, Tess?"
