Rhiannon Cole loves her friends, loves her parents, and hates her new neighbor. It's the summer before her senior year and of course someone had to come a long and ruin it. Vincent Castello is the last person she wants to deal with. In school, he's the resident playboy, out of school well, he's still an ass. 
Rhiannon hates this boy with everything in her, and now that he's right next door, he seems to always be around. 
The summer seemed to be already ruined, but after an unexpected turn of events, it leaves her wondering if Vincent really is so bad.
