While their gone, George had to put someone in charge on the business. He chose Thomas. 

Alexander HATED his new temporary boss. Or did he? Thomas and Alex argue and argue. 

Thomas doesn't want to argue and fight with Alex, it all a fake. Thomas actually really like Alexander. Maybe sometimes they don't agree, but that didn't stop Thomas from feeling what he felt for Alex.
