Cordially Copenhagen is the story of Roz Thurgood, a twenty-four year old British part-time food blogger and full-time foodie who moves from London to Copenhagen to work at her dream job. "Fundament" is anticipated to become the most revered restaurant of Nordic-style cuisine.
