This green-haired, scarred boy is considered dangerous enough to be classified as a villain. His fire quirk has been considered to rival Endeavor's in sheer power. So can his temper.
So why in the hell did Nezu assume it a good idea to make him a U.A. student in the wake of the USJ incident? Why introduce to the wider school and the world in a competition that usually doesn't contain near-murderers?
