Layla Black is a descendent of the two biggest agents in Shield history. After being captured by Hydra and turned into a half super solider, half "enhanced", she loses her parents in the fight to bring her back. 

Twelve years later Shield seeks her out in hopes to use her powers. In a weird coincidence they discover her power of being able to phase in time and now need her to go back to befriend the first Avenger, Captain America.

Layla soon learns the effects of her powers as a trip to the past begins to effect her life in the future.
