To celebrate their engagement and upcoming wedding, Giacobbe Ranieri and Zoey Taylor hold a party, inviting thirty guests over, including their best friend, Adam Colton. However, an evening of fun quickly spirals into a night of terror as home appliances begin going ablaze.
The events happening outside their confined apartment, however, are no different. The skyline of the city becomes overwhelmed by towers and balls of flames and smoke, choking citizens to their deaths.
As Adam peeps through the window discreetly, he sees two figures. These figures, however, look highly unnatural and not human at all. Something is off about them. And that was when he became confident of his theory.
"We aren't alone in this world."

When the world burned, four teenagers survived.
Milo, Rae, Ava, and Silas didn't ask to live through the end - but they did. Now, stuck in a ruined world of silence, shadows, and memories that aren't always their own, they fight to stay human in a landscape shaped by something unnatural.
But survival gets more complicated when they uncover a chilling truth: the apocalypse wasn't a disaster. It was a test. A controlled experiment under the name Project Loci - and they were its subjects.
Now stalked by cloned imposters, haunted by flickers of who they used to be, and drawn toward a signal no one else is meant to hear, the group must decide what they're willing to lose to uncover the truth... and what might already be lost.
Because in a world built from lies, the biggest question isn't what happened.
It's who are you now that everything's gone?
What will happen once one dies?
