He comes from an unknown land where even he doesn't know, his appearance is nearly dragon-like and yet far from it at the same time. Almost as if it's a mix of different breeds of animals. Regardless he doesn't care what he looks like in his glad to be living in the horde with Adora and catra. Not really caring about anything else but them.
