Alex Carabello a sophomore in a high school in Tokyo Japan, has moved to Musutafu Japan for education and protection. Back in Tokyo Alex was in a relationship that went south pretty fast. Long story short, Alex was dating a girl he went to school with named Yuri Itadori. She was a vessel for a demon known as Sukuna. While Alex was in that relationship 2 other girls wanted to be with him. Megan Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki, they wanted to be with him more than anything. Alex found this out after they tried to kill Yuri right in front of him, now they didn't succeed but it gave Alex PTSD. Whenever he sees a hammer that looked like Nobara's or a Bird that looks like a demon he starts freaking out (Poor Tokoyami). But there are other triggers, like hearing some one hammering nails, being alone in a quiet room, hearing His name being said in a sinister/sadistic way. (You know they way yanderes call out to their senpais once they snap) But now in Musutafu Alex is in the protection of society's next heroes.
