A couple is working against the United States Government, and the Lethal Force knows. The Lethal Force is a U.S. government organization, specializing in the training of assassins. An assassin is sent to kill them, as the government fears they may reveal their secrets to the world. The Lethal Force's first assassin was given the mission to murder the couple. After being informed that the government is out to kill them, they decide to flee the country. After causing their car to crash, he hears the cries of a child and walks towards the car where he finds a young girl strapped in her car seat. He decides to take her back to Lethal Force, where she would be raised as a U.S. assassin.
