Y/N, 17 F, had just finished reading Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, quite saddened at how this would have been her generation at Hogwarts. Of course, it doesn't help that she is also American, so Hogwarts, technically speaking, would just never have been an option.

Back in Hogwarts, Scorpius, also 17, in his last year at Hogwarts, is struggling with his ever-failing attempts at trying not to get involved in tensions between the Potters and the Weasleys over the involvement of the duo in the illegal use of a time-turner.
While this is happening, Y/N is given the opportunity to study magic.  Despite her age, she's still given a chance to study at Hogwarts.
But there's so much more to it than that.  Secrets-- romance-- betrayal?  What's coming next?
