On a misty evening you make your way towards the earthy structure. The fairies have led you there but you don't know why.Complete
Bound by Darkness
"This is a nightmare, it's only a nightmare..." I say to myself as I try to catch my breath while leaning against a tall pine tree. Only for a moment do I stay in that position until I hear a twig snap. I quickly leap away from the tree and run as fast as I can. "Wake up (Y/N)! just wake up!!!" I think to myself. "You are awake my dear..." I hear that voice. That damn voice. "GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!" I scream. I continue to run past trees and hopping over large rocks. The mist in the air begins to get thicker as I continue this race. "Why me? out of all the people this had to happen to me!" my brain races with thoughts until my foot gets caught by a tree root sticking out of the ground. I fall hitting my head on a rock. My vision is blurry and I can feel a warm liquid begin to stream down my face. "My dear (Y/N), look what you have done to yourself. You shouldn't have tried to run away." the voice goes through my head again. I look around and see nothing but trees. "LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" My voice begins to grow sore from the constant running and yelling. The sound of leaves crunching comes from behind me and I whip my head around until my eyes are met with him. "My dear (Y/N), you've made quite the mess of yourself. You know you are not aloud to leave......now you'll have to be punished." The figure says without any facial expression or motion. The figure begins to walk forward towards me. I try to back away until my vision becomes black and all I can hear is static.
Family through time
Disaster struck an ocean. A forest boy wakes. Brothers by the blinding light will save the kingdom's grace. Hi. I've had this story planned in my head for a long time and I finally had the motivation to write it! (yay!) This is also slightly inspired by another fic I read on AO3, which I unfortunately forgot the title of ;; Also, I am very against the use of A.I and for that reason, no A.I was used in the making of this fic. But now, it felt like regret. I am just so sleepy that I can't no longer keep my eyes open. "Are you okay, Max?" Hedgehog asked. I tried to smile as good as I could, "I guess, I am fine." "I thought bat was a nocturnal animal," she replied calmly. Stating a smart fact from her genius brain---which was actually cute. "Well," I muttered. After a night on the town, Sarah wakes up to a miserable hangover. But it's nothing compared to what comes next. After attempting to light a cigarette, she feels that something isn't quite right. Now I have to finish by May 5th. I'm not as far along as I had hoped at this point, but I'm sure I can make it. May 4th. 12:10 am. Finished. Submitted. Good night. May 20th. Well, 13 Points made the Long List. I have no idea how many original entries there were but about 940 made the first cut. There's 150 on the Long List. Not bad for my first time out. Now we'll wait and see how we fare on the Short List. May 30th. Well, Sarah and company didn't make the Short List. I can't say I'm disappointed though.
