"Ladybug, I... I'm sorry." He then pulls the ring all the way off his finger, releasing Plagg and transforming back into the last boy in Paris I expected to be Chat Noir. 

"Adrien!?"

It has been a month since Ladybug and Chat Noir defeated Hawkmoth. They have not revealed their identities to each other either. That's when Chat Noir informs her that he will be moving to London to live with different family. 
He renounces his miraculous.
