Shut-in Reincarnated in a New World

(Y/N) (L/N) is your typical shut-in, he loves video games and anime but one day when he was walking home from school he sees a girl about to be assaulted and steps in but the guy pulls a knife and stabs him. Luckily the commotion drew the attention of a near by cop and was able to arrest the man and save the girl but not (Y/N) as he lay in the ambulance dying he wish he had done more with his life and once he closed his eyes he didn't know what he would see but a all white void and a deep, old, and wise voice was not to high on the list. This being claimed to be God and said that because of his sacrifice a woman was saved and that he was being sent to a new world full of surprises and he got three wishes and after some consideration he decided that he wanted to have a system that worked like a RPG game were he has an infinite inventory, character creation, stats, and a shop function were he could buy things from video games and anime. For the second wish he wanted infinite points for his shop and stats, and the third to keep his phone and God agreed but he couldn't interact with his old world he said that was fine as he had no one in his old world and with a final thank you to God he was sent to the new world and into a new adventure full of joy and sorrow, pain and pleasure but it all starts with building his character and a new life for the remainder of his time because there are no more chances after this.
