Romance
After years of endured suffering, all she wanted was one last night of happiness. It was all planned out in her journal and she had memorized every step, word for word. She was confident that it would play out smoothly for she had spent months perfecting the little details, rethinking and overthinking every step of the way. It was to be done, she concluded, and so it would be done the day that everything had started. Though everything was planned very strategically, she hadn't taken into consideration the little obstacles that might present themselves, such as a certain earl, eager to take her hand in marriage, or a mighty man with the powers to make the impossible possible. As she finds herself waking up in a strange city, she now has a mission to prove to the family who rescued her that she is who she says she is. -:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦: "Please, you have to believe me," she cried out. As they both stood in the rain, he looked down to her, disbelief clearly painted upon his face. "This was a mistake, helping you to get back on your feet was a mistake. After all that we have done for you, you still have the nerve to look us in the eye and shamelessly lie and it isn't even something believable," he shook his head, slowly retreating from her, "If you don't leave by tonight, I'll turn you into the police for fraud and theft. I don't want to see your face ever again." With those final words, he left and every step he took away from her, she felt her heart breaking into a million pieces. If only he knew that she was telling the truth, and nothing but the truth. -:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦:--:¦: This is a rough draft of this story. I cannot guarantee you the best story of your life because it's a work in progress. Please bear with me :) Thank You!!

I cupped her face in my hands, rubbing my thumbs in circles over her cheeks. She was having trouble finding words to describe what she felt, and I could relate. I loved her more than words could describe and telling her I loved her was almost an insult to my true feelings for her. My heart ached at just the thought of her not being with me. I honestly don't know what I would have done with myself if I had never went to that stupid party and met her. But, I have a feeling, we would have found each other, eventually. This love's too strong to ignore forever. Both of us had pieces of us missing, that neither of us were aware of until we met. We were like two puzzle pieces that finally connected. "I love you," I whispered, leaning my forehead against hers. "I love you more," she replied in a small whisper, her hand reaching up to caress my cheek while the other rested on my thigh. I shook my head, annoyed and charmed by the audacity she had to think that she could possibly love me more. "I love you most," I persisted, causing her head to moved away from mine as she looked into my eyes. "Always?" She questioned, her eyes unreadable for a moment before a flash of fear passed through. "Forever," I assured her and meaning it. We could live an entire lifetime or for eternity, and my love for her would never fade. It would only grow. There was nothing in this world that would ever change the way I loved her. My, Katarina.
