Set up in world split in half by the Blumertive and the Dermitive, children must be held in reformatories from the age of 7 to the age of 18. While there, they are hypnotized into never leaving the reformatory and staying is a trap. 18 year old Alisha Evans dares to overcome the world's cruel terrors that await her before she is to leave Lena, the only person she  ever calls her friend, her family, and most likely herself. Accompanied by Reed, an officer set up in the reformatory, Alisha soon realizes that all her fears are soon to become a reality.
