Phoebe Colefax has never had it very easy in life and neither has her older brother Brent or her little brother Emmett. Their mum Jenna is an alcoholic who comes in and out of their lives and jumps from one abusive and toxic relationship to another which has left them either completely on their own to fend for themselves and each other and in and out of foster homes and residential living facilities that have left all three of them traumatized and feeling rejected and abandoned and two of them forcibly separated from the other. Phoebe is very overprotective of both of her brothers and they are both equally just as overprotective of her as well as of each other and she has the perfect mix of both of their personalities. What kind of events will unfold when their journey through the foster care system sends them to a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria called Erinsborough and they become the latest residents to call Ramsay Street home??
