An energy being from a highly evolved civilisation called the Circulate is placed on 21st century Earth as much lesser evolved and less powerful version of himself. He is to help stop a corrupt Circulate technology called NETB or Naturally Engineered Technological Being from setting up a colony base to import more corrupt NETB. They want control of what is known by the Circulate as an Evolution matrix that is at Stonehenge.
