Gunshots roared. Unable to see from the blindfold. Hands tied from the chair. Sweat dripping down my face and building up on my hands.
The musky air and then tense of having to hear the ruckus outside of the door getting closer. Maybe it's my time. But I don't want to die yet. I have so much..
The door opened up with a loud bang, and I twisted my injured body a bit as I tried to reflect whatever was thrown. Hands tied it was no avail. Panting and scared I listened.
The sound of clacking against the concrete echoed close to me. A gentle touch was brushed up against me and I shivered. There was a whiff of a strawberry mixed lemonade. It brought memories back when I was in high school.
They brushed their hand through my hair to get the knot out of the blind. Once they took it off and flinched in the light lowering my head. I saw a shadow and the arms next to me were coated in tattoos. A faded shade of pink rested upon those shoulders.
The mysterious figure lifted my chin, squinting my eyes from the light. Which slowly began to adjust I saw a familiar set of eyes. "Kia...ra?" Was what I muttered slightly before I passed out.
"Your safe now Zander."

I never thought my life would be like this; trapped in a dark room and scared for my life. A blindfold was wrapped around my head, covering my eyes, making me completely blind and on high alert. My breathing was ragged and I could smell the mold that was most likely covering most of the room. My hands were tied behind my back, my feet tied together and I was sitting on the floor, propped up against a wall. I heard a slight shuffling across the room that was coming closer to me. I tried my hardest to keep my breathing under control to seem confident and fearless, but in reality, I was shitting my pants and squealing like a scared little girl on the inside. To say I was terrified was a drastic understatement. I was petrified, shaking with fear, but they were not going to know that. "Who are you?!" I demanded. If I was going to die, it would be with the name of my kidnapper. Lunch went by pretty quickly, and we were back to classes soon enough. I'd forgotten to get a book from my locker, so I quickly went to get it.
