Atsumu have a horrible life. Only one thing makes him happy and it is his best friend Sakusa. He ends up falling in love with his Sakusa only to find out on the day of his confession that Sakusa has a girlfriend because he spotted Sakusa kissing Atsumu's ex-girlfriend. Atsumu rushes home and locks himself in his room. He started to notice how it shows that he has major symptoms to a deadly disease called 'Hanahaki Disease'. What will Atsumu do?
