Melody McCall, Scott McCall's little sister, was turned by Derek Hale at the mere age of 14, in order to spite her brother because of him lying about the supernatural. She was originally part of Derek's pack until the beginning of her Freshman year and the human sacrifices started happening, Erica and Boyd died and Derek lost his Alpha status, so she joined her brother's pack and reconciled with him, becoming 'his' beta when he became a True Alpha. Since then, she's had to deal with a lot and hoped that her second Semester at Beacon Hills High would be more normal. But with the Benefactor and a new Beta, she probably won't be getting what she wished for.
