Tenma was a second stage child and a seed. He was a seed because his mom had died. And he got forgetten by his dad. And later he was killed. Now he went to gouenji/gouenji saved him. And he became a seed. Now how he has second stage genes. well he had it in the original but he didn't have the push/tragic past in order to get them so here he is.
