With a burned down hospital and nowhere left to go, Ruby is left with no other choice. She must climb aboard the Kid Pirate's ship and become their new doctor.

Ruby, a half-mink in hiding, has spent her whole life island hopping. After finally starting her own clinic and settling for a few years, she thought she'd be safe here. However, when an injured, obnoxious and dangerous pirate is brought in with a missing arm, it's clear to her that things are going to get stirred up.

Aha a new story! I've always found Kid as a character fascinating, especially with his return to Wano. Since we don't have much information on the specifics of what he was up to in the two year gap, I thought I'd make my own little story. It'll follow canon, for the most part. It's still a romance fanfic. Also, all art pictured in the chapters is by me!
