Ever since he was a kit, they knew he was different. Nobody knew what was wrong with him. He never played with the other kits. He simply stayed in the shadows, pacing, glaring and lashing out at whoever came to close to him. 
Most apprentices were excited to be Warriors, wanting to be leader. He just wanted everyone dead. He thought his clanmates were fake, just imposters of those who once were.

(I cringe at this every day now. It's not too horribly written, but it is rushed and disorganized. Please know this isn't a representation of my current work.) Two kits, same pelts, opposite souls. Blessedkit, born to ShadowClan parents, discovers quickly that he is quite "special" in the eyes of his Clanmates. His brother, Rottenkit, is presumably a filthy-hearted cat who would have become a murderer if he had been allowed to be, and therefore was murdered in the womb by StarClan. And now, Blessedkit's become the unwilling celebrity of not just ShadowClan, but all four Clans. As time progresses and Blessedkit is driven further to madness by the constant unwarranted praise of his Clanmates, it's eventually clear that StarClan made the wrong choice.

On top of that drama Leopardwillow still has to save her clan from whatever danger lies ahead-little does she know her stubborn apprentice might be the cause for all this chaos... Excerpt: Flamestar's one amber eye shone in the moonlight; the moon soon disappeared from within the clouds. "I did not fail Junipercloud." Leopardwillow spat, "you should know not to kill warriors during things so ridiculous as border skirmishes Starclan doesn't want us to kill each other." By now her fur stood on end but Flamestar looked terrifyingly calm. "I suppose, but the way I see it there should only be one clan not two. How ridiculous our ancestors decided it." Flamestar said with a curious tone. "I shall make this short before we depart young warrior - I'd watch my back from now on if I were you." the orange she-cat said thoughtfully. Timberheart leapt off the boulder "Is that a threat?!" he growled. Flamestar thought her words over "Maybe. Lakeclan to me!" she yowled before either of them had time to respond.
