Ten years ago, a scientist named Nathaniel McGennis, with the help of his associates and his best friend Silas Prescott, created a generator called the Planetary X, a huge generator powered by solar energy to rebuild the ozone layer, create clean air, and create safe electrical energy around the world, using an eco-friendly chemical called PX-300. But, one of his subordinates finds out the latent power of PX-300 he sabotages the project killing millions of people in the process.
Months after the incident, people around the world developed superpowers causing the United Nations to create a global agency called the Metahuman Investigation Agency, responsible for keeping the peace between meta-humans and non-meta-humans. Now a group of teenagers, based in Northbridge, California with the help of the M.I.A must investigate a terrorist group of Meta-Human and figure out what happened ten years ago.
