Over the course of my life I've always shown several severe signs of ADHD and Anxiety. And because some mental illness are hereditary we assumed I have them because My father has ADHD and my mother has Anxiety. This is the story of how I overcame and learned to live with both of these mental illnesses.

I've Got It Under Control
Jules is forced to live a life in the psychiatric ward after her eating disorder nearly ends up taking her life.
