Looking to distract herself from her grief and maybe even find some summer flings. Unfortunately upon getting there she is assaulted, mugged, and thrown into the watery depths of Trichonida Lake.
In 190 feet of dark water with life threatening wounds quickly bleeding out, Amry makes a soul contract with a strange inhabitant of the lake, a water demon that should belong to myths, named Melyzine. The next day she wakes up on the shore, with her new companion, using her body as a host. As she discovers, having Mely as a tenant, has given her a huge advantage, she can read thoughts, and outpower any man with the help of some inhuman strength and agility. Mely has turned her into the perfect predator. In return for these gifts, the water demon asks for one thing in return. She demands the flesh of sinners.
