The daughter of Captain America and one of the greatest and Ajak or Butterly as HYDRA calls her. She was born in the facility she's was classified as a failed experiment after age 10 but they use her for other things. She was a baby when she met Bucky he liked the kid made sure she was safe. When she acted out Bucky took the punishments she didn't know though. She's now 13 After a lesson gone wrong she escapes the HYDRA base in search of her father.
