The year is 3051. A start of a new decade. And soon will be the beginning for a new life for Gemma.
After surviving the virus killing 60% of the population 80 years ago, there are still lasting problems. Men are few. And those that do live are rare. Science has taken over and children are now genetically created changing life and culture as we knew it. Every child created now serves a purpose and excels in it. The world has come together splitting off into 4 kingdoms: northern, southern, eastern and western kingdom. All ruled by their own rulers but part of one big party with one ruler: the high king.
Gemma is the leader of the northern kingdoms army and is tasked with stopping the rebellion on Hareata to become its own sovereign planet. She takes off in a Z-86 space flight ship with 150 soldiers. On the journey to Hareata they're met with an asteroid belt collision that damaged the ship and takes them off course. With no way to contact Earth and to steer the ship they're left to wander until they crash land on Goya.
A warrior race living on Goya spots the falling space craft and believe their prophecy is coming true. Ready to claim their wife's and husbands they set of the capture as many as they can in The Hunt. If you're caught you're married it's as simple as that. Only the strong and the brave can survive the hunt without falling prey to a Goya warrior.
Dra is the leader of Kolla, a major kingdom on Goya. He sees the space craft and knows his time has come to claim his wife. Spotting Gemma he knows he won't let her go.
But what happens when she does outmanoeuvres him. Will he take her anyway? Will she fall in love? And how are they getting home?

This is an attempt to mix comedy with tragedy. Some content is quite heavy, like cancer, depression, sick patients...etc. So prepare a tissue, just in case. I wrote and posted the first 3 chapters 4 years ago, yet due to my stupidity and insensitivity, I lost a dear friend over this story, which I regretted deeply. The idea was first inspired by another friend, who gave me some first hand experience of a cancer patient. Can't thank her enough. It's totally my fault that this story was delayed for so long. It's simply too good to waste, and not fair for her priceless contribution. There are also various things inspired by different friends online, who once bared their souls to me. Sincerely appreciate their friendship. It has totally 8 chapters. Each one has about 2000 to 3000 words.
