In the eyes of the Fire Nation, she is a traitor.

But in her eyes, she is different.

Kazumi fled her native homeland to prevent herself from getting involved in the war. Gifted with the element of fire and talent, she refuses to use her abilities for violence and conquest.

She wanted nothing to do with the war. She wanted to travel the world and settle down somewhere. But what if she met the Avatar and his friends? Will she join them in their quest to bring an era of peace and stability to the world? What else will she find along the way? Will she survive?
