this is my first time writing. Hope you enjoy it, even though it's not going to be all sunshine and happiness, there will be a rainbow at the end. Or will there be?

The following is just an extract from the book. I can't think of an introduction to write. hopefully, this will make you want to read.

"I didn't sleep that night, not even a wink. I wasn't tired the next day either. I guess I'm used to it. Isn't it funny how you have to pretend to sleep to actually fall asleep, but even pretending gets me nowhere. Some nights, if I'm lucky, I manage to catch a few hours of sleep. I lay awake watching a movie or reading a book on my laptop. mostly though I'm just staring off into space thinking... about.....nothing? "
