Captain Rogers (Steve Rogers x female OC)

Evangeline and Willow had just moved to NY when Loki first attacked. Willow was panicking and could barely keep herself together. Evangeline on the other had knew exactly what to do, months ago she found out she had powers, Crazy right? No, they were real and they were strong but she didn't know how to use them quite yet, that was until Loki told her and a large group of people to kneel then she exploded and her powers came out.
