Pirates in Konoha

All Noami wanted to do was help her twin brother become the pirate king. She did not want to die at the hands of the navy. She did not want to be separated from her brother and Nakama, in the cold hands of her death.

So when she is awake and breathing again, nothing will stop her from protecting her Nakama and sailing the seas once again.

Not the navy, not any dam rotten roots, not the pervert toad, and most definitely not the monkey king.
