Everyone tells you not to make waves. Going to a new school, "Don't make waves." Starting a new job, "Don't make waves." Being bullied, "Let it slide don't make waves." I was 17 years old when an older guy coerced me into a sexually abusive relationship. I am not 22 years old. I am done keeping the peace, I am done letting in slide. I am making waves. I am the Moon and I am getting justice. This is my story of getting justice for trauma I suffered seven years ago. Content Warning // This is a true story about getting Justice for Sexual Assault. There will be NO explicit descriptions of any of the assaults but they will be talked about. Story may also include mentions of depression, anxiety and self harm. Please take care of yourself and do not read if the content is too upsetting.

BASED ON TRUE EVENTS. PUBLISHED ON AMAZON. 'I fell in love, it was as simple as that. He found me, took me in, whispered sweet words into my ears on those warm nights of July. His hazel eyes never strayed too far from my body, and I craved his touch more than anything. He became my world, and I became someone I no longer recognised.'
