Jace's life turn upside down when his fiancé, co-head of the institute faces a tragic hunt and leaves him forever. She made him realize he's half human too and made him feel being loved makes you strong and made him feel loved as a person not just a warrior. He tries to live by for the promise he made to her and for his siblings as they can't loose one more of them and the Clave decides its time that a girl takes up Clary's responsibilities.
Alexander Lessie Barthway a badass, not gonna wait till her Knight in shine armor comes or neither impulsive, her fights are strategic timed and even she's super fast and one of the best trained fighters she uses her brain more in defeating her enemy like someone the New York Institute needs. Her whole life her entire training, her parabatai and her family are all in Mexico. No one with the right mind would wish to move from here but the clave goes by the rule the law is the law and she needs to go there without anything than her to take the responsibilities of a co-head of an institute she never knew about and work along with a guy who saved their entire race in a war along with his dead girlfriend sorry fiancé, she's sure of one thing and it is nothing good is gonna happen for her .
P.S Clace lovers don't kill me I just tried for a new version and its gonna be the book based as you may have already noticed.
