Elizabeth Maeve Barnes is the younger sister of James Buchanan Barnes, better known as Bucky to his 17-year-old sister and best friend, Steve Rogers. For her, she has aspired to be a soldier like the two young men but being a girl in the 1940s who was only seen fit to live at home and make a man happy, her dream seemed ludicrous. But, that changed after her long-time crush became Captain America and her brother died. She was recruited to stop Hitler with Steve before he disappeared into the ice. Little did they know, they conceived a baby. Peggy gave birth to Jocelyn Carter without the father knowing he had a daughter or being there at all. Eight years later, Jocelyn was captured by Hydra and turned into an experiment. For years, Jocelyn has been kept by Hydra, being a victim of abuse and frozen in a cryostasis chamber like the Winter Soldier. Until one day the Sokovia base which Jocelyn held in 2014 to 2015, was attacked by the Avengers. I don't own any MCU or MARVEL characters. Only the OCs.
