With their motivation to terrorize the city gone, Batman's greatest enemies have been quiet, leaving Gotham crime at an all time low. But what will happen when Talia brings him out of his cave with a secret that turns his world upside down? What more will happen when this sends Selina Kyle into a jealous rage?
