Faylen Adwynn comes from a troubled past which landed her in Rivendell 10 years ago. She found a new family amongst the elves and trained, always staying within the borders and living a simple life. Then one night she gets news about something that will forever change her. Later a shadow begins to loom over Middle Earth and Faylen finds herself joining the Fellowship of the Ring with her newfound skills. As the adventure goes on, dangers and threats are around every corner as the group tries to get the one ring to Mordor. On this quest she also finds herself meeting a new friend, Legolas Greenleaf; never having a true friend before unless they were family. But will Faylen learn to trust and love despite her past still haunting her on this quest? Will her friendship turn into something more? Legolas scrunched up his nose in disdain of the nickname, but a smile soon found his way onto his face. "I am not a boy." Her eyes opened then, and her familiar hazel eyes met his striking blue ones. A small smile made itself present on her face as she looked at him, a twinkle of mischief evident in her eyes.
