2000 years have passed since the era of shinobi. Isshiki used his time hopping abilities and managed to save himself, this time. He saw that the world had changed and chakra had been replaced with this thing called "Quirks". Finding a liable host in a young boy named Izuku. The boy was the son of the number one hero, All Might and was neglected and abused because of his quirkless status. Sensing immense potential in this child, he passed on his Kamā seal to the boy to use when the time is right.
