"Knowledge is not power; power is power, boy. What's your name?" the King asked, although his tone it was a statement. The boy below him looked up from the ground and found himself at the cold expression of the King.
He couldn't find any words, only a lump in his throat that seemed to grow with every passing second. "I'm Dream" he croaked out. He can never let his guard down, even in front of royalty.
"Dream..." the King pondered for a moment, "unfortunate for you, having a name with a legacy so unattainable." Dream scoffed. This 'King George' obviously had no clue who he was standing above.

The Rink
George, a high school student content in his routine of going to school then roller skating for hours on end, is in for a shock when a new kid is hired at the skating rink he frequents. At first Dream appears to be private about his personal affairs by withholding certain details of his life from George, but he soon finds George to be a great comfort and support when he falls on hard times. As George learns more about Dream's shocking past, will their strikingly different upbringings lead to a difference in priorities, or can their undeniable attachment to one another help form a lasting relationship between the two?
