Denki Kaminari holds the title of the class clown with his eccentric personality. Everyone sees him as the average airhead and no one believes that much goes on inside that head of his. He's erratic and friendly with everybody. He's that one kid that always has a smile on his face no matter the situation. So when he starts acting 'strange' no one thinks twice about it, simply chalking it up to that's 'Just Denki' but they couldn't have been more wrong.

Hitoshi Shinso is anything but friendly with his aloof personality and odd style. He doesn't have any friends and that's the way he likes it. He's been in the foster system since he was a kid so he's used to people leaving. When he finally finds his forever home, he's immediately enrolled in the school of his new father's job. He plans on focusing solely on his studies, but what happens when a whirlwind of energy comes bounding into his life with the goal to befriend this helpless introverted insomniac?
