One's eighteenth birthday is often memorable. It was the age where one transitions from minor to adult. They are now allowed to drive, vote, lead an independent life. But it is also the age of eighteen where one can choose their superpowers.
However, the superpower chosen was based on the points they earned before they were eighteen, the points coming from their behavior. The more behaved one is, the higher the points they would get, the better the superpower they could choose.
But what would happen that after their eighteenth birthday, one of them had come into radar of the government.
