Draco Monroe is always the talk of town. One starry night, he had a thought to drink some beer and eat some noodles so he went up the rooftop of the apartment he probably lived his whole life. Upon reaching the top, the thought of him chilling under the stars was interrupted by a girl who's about to jump off the building.
