Can you imagine even a day without them?

Parents are our best friends, who understand us. Who knows us better than we know ourselves. When they are not with us, we are clueless, hopeless, and broken. Living without them is one of the hardest things a person has to deal with in their life.

Meet Leila, an ambitious girl who wants to reach heights in her life. Living with only her two older sisters, she lost her parents long ago. Now, she is studying business in Fayette Country.

The only thing she has left of her late mother is a beautiful locket. Leila gave it to her mother for her birthday.

Little did she know that what we see is not always the truth. Little did she know that anything can happen at any time in life. Little did she know her world was going to be turned upside down.

She discovers a shocking truth regarding her parents. The two people who hold special places in her life. Whom Leila thought she had lost are still alive. The thing that hurt her the most is her sisters knew about it but kept it hidden from her.

All Leila wants is an answer to her question. Why? Why was it hidden from her? Why did she have to go through so much pain?

Join Leila in her journey of emotions. She will go through different phases of this beautiful rollercoaster ride called life. She will find the reason for her miseries

They were her sentinels, her saviors, the reason that she refuses to let her past consume her. 𝐆𝐈𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐀 𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐎, a young girl who's never known stability. Raised by a reckless, unstable mother, she spent her childhood caught between drug runs and police raids, ruining her right for a normal childhood. One night when her mother goes missing, Giulia's whole life changes... again. Will being under the guardianship of her new older brothers give her a chance at normalcy in her life or will they cause even more mess than before? Healing isn't easy and trust doesn't come free. ☆ ☆ ☆ As I lied there in the hospital bed with a pounding headache, practically suffocating me while barely conscious, I heard that familiar, raspy, deep, sleep deprived voice that I've recently come to find comfort in. "Nessuno oserà toccarti di nuovo senza perdere le mani, amore," they whispered. (No one will dare touch you again without losing their hands, love.) I felt two hands hold my face with a soft kiss on my forehead. Their rough and large hands a contrast to their gentleness. The comforter over me shuffled as the familiar person brought them up to my chin and tucked me in. "Riposati ora sei al sicuro, bambina," they murmured, stroking my hair. Before I knew it, simply the presence of them reassured me as I felt myself drift off again into a deep sleep. (Rest now, you're safe, baby). ☆ ☆ ☆ 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄 (noun): a state of being pleasantly lost in one's thoughts; a daydream.

•Hand Picked Awards 2017 1st Place Winner In Paranormal Catagory• "I mean, you're not real." I said through tears. Wiping the tears away, I looked at my mother and she no longer looked the same. Instead, she looked old, almost skeleton like. And this scared me. This was not how I remembered her. And I didn't like it at all. As I moved away in fear, she took a few steps closer. "What's wrong?" She asked. "Scared little girl?"
