the million dollar girl

hi I'm hazel I'm 18 and this is my amazing life. One day I was reading a book on the couch. My strawberry blond hair was hanging over my broad shoulders, when my mum bursts through the door. This is a change I thought as she ran towards me,
"We won the lotto mum screams,"
"Ahhhhhhh" I yell.
"How much,'
"One million dollars sweetie, " she squeals. We can go to France or New York I thought I was so happy.

The next morning I woke up to my mum making pancakes. I walk into the lounge room and sit down on the couch. Something isn't right then I notice the TV .
"Mum you brought a new TV," I said.
"Yes honey I did its a new edition, it's even touch screen,"she replied. I screamed at the top of my lungs. Could this day get any better.

Today mum and I went shopping. Usually I don't shop very often but mum insisted because we had all this money. I brought a whole new wardrobe. Now I'll be the most glamorous girl in school.
