The Story Of A Slave Girl Called Apate

Apate is deceitful, deception Al, guileable and has a loving for revenge. But she is a slave, serving the Tiberius household, living in Pompeii in the year 79 AD. She has no power and no rights but on the 24th October 79 AD, when Mount Vesuvius turns on the city and Pompeii is being destroyed, will she find that revenge isn't the sweet honey she imagined it would be. What path will she choose? The one that will lead to her freedom or the one that will lead to her destruction.
