I started out trying to explain why Hua Cheng is obsessed with pampering Xie Lian, and it went on for a bit until I realized where the scene ended... with HuaLian in each other's arms of course :) So, basically, Mu Qing visits, gets a sort-of crash course on HuaLian, is scared away by Xie Lian offering to cook dinner, and then HuaLian have their alone time in Puqi Shrine, which is absolute fluff at that point :D
