It is said that no one has seen princess Asua since her ninth birthday. After a mysterious incident eight years ago that reportedly left the princess horribly disfigured. The townspeople took to calling her, temerata, the desecrated one. The news soared far and wide, with each assumption more ludicrous than the next. Some people claimed she's missing an eye while others claim a leg. Traveling jesters sing, from kingdom to kingdom, the tale of a princess with horrid burns from head to toe.

Meanwhile on the opposite end of the continent prince Eruoseus is under threat of being removed from his position of heir. The rumors are unclear on whether it's due to his womanizing ways or simply his arrogance. The prince has been tasked with the burden of assassinating the ruined princess and stealing the eternal flame from her palace.

However, things don't always go according to plan for the young heirs, especially when you involve the fates.
