\Backstory/
Carter was 13 years old and her family was poor. She lived in the wilderness so she was homeschooled. Since her family was poor, they could only afford to eat 1 meal a day. Carter also had 4 other siblings. She had 3 younger brothers & one older one. She would mostly take care of the younger ones wile her mom would go to work. Her dad died only when she was 7 years old.
